1、槽體設計
電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)槽(cao)的(de)(de)設計包括:槽(cao)體(ti)材(cai)料(liao)、槽(cao)體(ti)結構、槽(cao)液(ye)(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)循(xun)環(huan)方式(shi)、電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)涂膜的(de)(de)形成(cheng)條件(jian)等。 (1)電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)槽(cao)的(de)(de)材(cai)料(liao)一(yi)般采用鍍鋅鋼(gang)板或不(bu)銹鋼(gang)板,如(ru)果工件(jian)厚度較(jiao)厚,為(wei)保證(zheng)槽(cao)體(ti)強度,可以(yi)在槽(cao)體(ti)兩(liang)側加裝支撐架(jia)。 (2)電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)槽(cao)的(de)(de)結構一(yi)般由進(jin)(jin)液(ye)(ye)(ye)管(guan)、流槽(cao)和出(chu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)管(guan)三部分(fen)組成(cheng)。電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)時,電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)從(cong)進(jin)(jin)液(ye)(ye)(ye)管(guan)進(jin)(jin)入流槽(cao),在電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)內不(bu)斷循(xun)環(huan)流動。為(wei)了防止槽(cao)內雜質沉積,需要在流槽(cao)中裝有(you)濾(lv)器。出(chu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)管(guan)的(de)(de)作用是將電(dian)泳(yong)(yong)液(ye)(ye)(ye)送到出(chu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)裝置上(shang)。
2、電泳涂料
(1)樹脂(zhi)的種類及(ji)性(xing)能(neng):目前在(zai)生產中應用(yong)最(zui)廣(guang)的是丙烯酸樹脂(zhi),由于其具有較(jiao)強的附著力、硬度、耐熱性(xing)和耐候性(xing),一(yi)般用(yong)作電(dian)泳涂料。 (2)顏料:用(yong)于改(gai)善漆膜性(xing)能(neng),提高涂裝質量。 (3)稀(xi)釋劑(ji):有硅烷、醇酸、醇酸樹脂(zhi)等,可降低漆的粘(zhan)度,改(gai)善漆膜質量。 (4)添加劑(ji):如鈦(tai)白粉、三氧(yang)化硫(liu)等。
3、控制系統
電(dian)(dian)(dian)泳(yong)線的(de)(de)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統主要(yao)有:控制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)、控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統、 PLC、觸摸(mo)屏、報警裝(zhuang)置(zhi)等部分(fen)組成(cheng)。 控制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)主要(yao)由電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣柜(ju)和(he)機(ji)械柜(ju)組成(cheng),電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣柜(ju)內(nei)包(bao)含了電(dian)(dian)(dian)源及各(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)元件,機(ji)械柜(ju)主要(yao)由主輔(fu)機(ji)、噴淋設備等組成(cheng)。 PLC控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統: PLC是電(dian)(dian)(dian)泳(yong)線的(de)(de)核(he)心部件,其功(gong)能(neng)是對電(dian)(dian)(dian)泳(yong)線的(de)(de)各(ge)項參數(shu)進行實(shi)時檢(jian)測(ce)并(bing)作出(chu)相(xiang)應的(de)(de)處(chu)理。主要(yao)完成(cheng)以下功(gong)能(neng): 1、輸(shu)入(ru):各(ge)種電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan),各(ge)種繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)等; 2、輸(shu)出(chu):各(ge)種保護開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣元件的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)合等; 3、過程(cheng):各(ge)種狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)的(de)(de)顯示和(he)控制(zhi)(zhi); 4、參數(shu):包(bao)括(kuo)工藝參數(shu)(如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓),狀(zhuang)態(tai)(tai)參數(shu)(如(ru)槽液溫(wen)度)和(he)報警信(xin)號等; 5、輸(shu)出(chu):輸(shu)出(chu)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)(guan)量給變頻驅動裝(zhuang)置(zhi)。
4、清洗系統
電(dian)泳槽內的清洗系(xi)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)般(ban)采用(yong)水(shui)(shui)洗,該系(xi)統(tong)(tong)主要有:電(dian)泳槽體、沖洗水(shui)(shui)管道、配水(shui)(shui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)和噴(pen)淋水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)。噴(pen)淋水(shui)(shui)泵(beng)主要有:主噴(pen)淋、副(fu)噴(pen)淋和旁噴(pen)淋等(deng)。
5、冷卻系統
電(dian)泳槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)對電(dian)泳工(gong)藝的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量有(you)著重要(yao)(yao)影響,高溫(wen)(wen)會影響涂膜的(de)(de)(de)硬度(du)和(he)附著力,同時(shi)還會使(shi)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de) pH值下降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)。因(yin)此,冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)系統(tong)是保(bao)證(zheng)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)在適(shi)當溫(wen)(wen)度(du)下進行(xing)電(dian)泳的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)措施。電(dian)泳生(sheng)產(chan)線的(de)(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)方(fang)式一般有(you)自(zi)然(ran)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)和(he)強(qiang)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)兩種。 1、自(zi)然(ran)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que):對槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)采(cai)用(yong)自(zi)然(ran)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)(wen),不加任何冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水,電(dian)泳槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內空(kong)氣循(xun)環(huan)即可實現冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。 2、強(qiang)制(zhi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que):對槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)采(cai)用(yong)強(qiang)制(zhi)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)(wen),當溫(wen)(wen)度(du)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)至一定值時(shi),向槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內注水,使(shi)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)升溫(wen)(wen)后再循(xun)環(huan)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que),循(xun)環(huan)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)速度(du)可以(yi)根據需要(yao)(yao)來(lai)確定。 3、槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)的(de)(de)(de)循(xun)環(huan)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que):對槽(cao)(cao)(cao)液(ye)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)采(cai)用(yong)循(xun)環(huan)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)或加熱等方(fang)式進行(xing)降(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)溫(wen)(wen)。
