溶(rong)劑(ji)含量(liang)電泳(yong)漆中含有(you)(you)的(de)水溶(rong)性有(you)(you)機溶(rong)劑(ji)起助溶(rong)作(zuo)(zuo)用,與其(qi)它涂(tu)料相比含量(liang)較小,可是它對(dui)膜厚和(he)涂(tu)料穩定(ding)性有(you)(you)一定(ding)影響,一般要求(qiu)控制在一定(ding)范圍(wei)內。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)液中的(de)溶(rong)劑(ji)含量(liang)增高(gao),膜厚增厚,泳(yong)透力和(he)破裂電壓(ya)降(jiang)低;溶(rong)劑(ji)含量(liang)偏(pian)低,膜厚下降(jiang),漆膜外觀(平滑性)變差。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)液中溶(rong)劑(ji)含量(liang)的(de)高(gao)低可通過(guo)加入溶(rong)劑(ji)和(he)更(geng)換(huan)超(chao)濾液來調整。

泳涂(tu)(tu)(tu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)泳涂(tu)(tu)(tu)裝線(xian)中,泳涂(tu)(tu)(tu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)可控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)泳涂(tu)(tu)(tu)裝過(guo)程的(de)成(cheng)膜速度(du)和沉(chen)積量(liang),通(tong)常工(gong)作(zuo)液溫度(du)和泳涂(tu)(tu)(tu)時間是一(yi)定的(de),如果需要提高(gao)或降(jiang)低膜厚(hou),可通(tong)過(guo)提高(gao)或降(jiang)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)來實現。在連續流水線(xian)生產式的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)泳涂(tu)(tu)(tu)裝設備上,一(yi)般第(di)一(yi)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)區(qu)(qu)段的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)控制在工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)下限以下,第(di)二區(qu)(qu)段的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)控制在工(gong)作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)甚(shen)至略高(gao)一(yi)點。
電泳(yong)(yong)后回收(shou)清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)被涂物(wu)在電泳(yong)(yong)后出(chu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)時(shi)表面上附有未泳(yong)(yong)涂上的工作(zuo)液,如直接烘干則產生斑痕等(deng)漆(qi)(qi)膜弊病,若(ruo)直接出(chu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)則產生浪費。為消除漆(qi)(qi)膜弊病和回收(shou)工作(zuo)液,電泳(yong)(yong)涂裝后必須進(jin)行水洗(xi)(xi)。電泳(yong)(yong)后清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)可分兩個階段:回收(shou)帶出(chu)的工作(zuo)液:在出(chu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)口處用超(chao)濾(lv)液或去(qu)(qu)離子(zi)水清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi),洗(xi)(xi)液直接回槽(cao)(cao)(cao)內(nei),最好在被涂物(wu)出(chu)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)1min內(nei)即進(jin)行清(qing)(qing)洗(xi)(xi)。提高漆(qi)(qi)膜的外觀性能:用循環超(chao)濾(lv)液沖洗(xi)(xi),通常(chang)洗(xi)(xi)23次,最終用去(qu)(qu)離子(zi)水沖洗(xi)(xi)。
環(huan)氧(yang)封閉(bi)底漆(qi)為雙組分(fen),在(zai)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)前(qian)將甲(jia)乙(yi)組分(fen)嚴格按照121比(bi)例配好,混合攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)均勻后(hou)即可(ke)使(shi)(shi)用(yong),涂刷(shua)(shua)(shua)于混凝土構(gou)件表面,要求(qiu)均勻一致無(wu)漏刷(shua)(shua)(shua),26h后(hou)進行下道(dao)工序。將甲(jia)乙(yi)組分(fen)環(huan)氧(yang)瀝青(qing)防(fang)腐漆(qi)嚴格按照31比(bi)例配好,混合攪(jiao)(jiao)拌(ban)均勻后(hou)涂刷(shua)(shua)(shua)于雙組分(fen)環(huan)氧(yang)封閉(bi)底漆(qi)的表面上,施(shi)工兩道(dao),要求(qiu)均勻一致無(wu)漏刷(shua)(shua)(shua),漆(qi)膜厚(hou)度達到100120m,1824h后(hou)進行下道(dao)工序涂刷(shua)(shua)(shua)。
